東京ホルン倶楽部の委嘱として2004年に作曲。
初演は、東京ホルン倶楽部が解散したため、スペインのヴァレンシアで行われた国際ホルンフェスティヴァルにて、東京藝術大学ホルンアンサンブルにより行われた。
ホルンのアンサンブルで、梵鐘などの日本の「祈り」を表現。技術的には、難易度がとても高い作品。

Composed in 2004 as a commission of the Tokyo Horn Club.
The premiere was performed by the Tokyo University of the Arts Horn Ensemble at the International Horn Festival in Valencia, Spain, as the Tokyo Horn Club was disbanded.
The horn ensemble expresses Japanese "prayer" such as Bonsho. Technically, it's a very difficult work.
